Hanoi, the reputed scooter capital of the world, plans to ban petro powered small motorcycles and scooters from its streets within the city limits by 2030. Why?
They want to force more people to ride public transportation for cleaner air and to reduce vehicle accidents.
Waiting at the bus stop doesn't sound near as fun as riding your scoot like a hooligan on meth to get to work.
