SUNL SLD-125cc XT DB-10 ?
Do any of you have one of these, they look pretty cool, but don't know much about SUNL products except for the bad reviews on getting parts for them ? Although prior to my interest in a purchase I did find a dealer that stocks all parts for the bikes he sells, so he says .
Another question if anyone knows Chinese language, but what do the letter symbols on the rising sun stickers on this bike mean ?
For all I know they could say " Stupid Americans ! " ............

Cheers, Kelly5150 out

Hi Kelly

Once upon a time in 2003 I was a SunL Dealer, {boy is this embarrassing}.
I purchased 4 vehicles from them and all 4 had problems right out of the crates, nine months later I didn't ever receive the parts to repair these pieces of Crud a charge-back with my CC company. Read on...

Here are a few and I just mean a few complaints about SunL. Then there is a BBB report on them read it all. Then I posted the Google search for SunL, you can go to the links about all of the complaints.
Enough said.

Just to play devil's advocate, I had read that SunL intends to start living up to its promises with a change in staff, etc., and will start having available parts, sort of like Roketa has been doing lately. However, as Bruce said, research them thoroughly, to check if what I read somewhere is really true!

BTW, any Chinese writing on any of these bikes actually can be interpreted as "stupid Americans with big money will actually spend little money thinking they are getting good deals, HA HA, HA!!!" (It is close to April 1st, right?)

Simon...
That's Funny!!! SunL is constantly changing staff! 8O No one wants to stay there very long because of the way they do business. So change of staff is constant!!! 8O
I forgot to mention, that Last Year at The Dealer Expo, SunL needed to have & pay Security to be at their doors. This happened because of the huge ruckuss there was two years ago. There where about 20 or so disgruntle dealers that went to their booth demanding money & parts.

Thanks, was kinda curious about them, cheap bikes, good looks, but bad service .
Seams to be an almost given with most of these companies. Too bad because I really like the looks of some of these little bikes.

Oh well, happy trails folks, Kelly out
