This 2010 TMS 50 Offroad with only 130km cause the CDI box died on the previous owner, i replaced it and it worked 35km then the new box died:doh:

SO what is the problem with this thing? Any ideas? What killed the box, someone with similar problem on a TMS or similar?

U need the follwings in good condition:
ign coil
DC-cdi: over voltage ie. Rec/ Reg F***ed will kills it...
AC-CDi: That thingy supplies the power source are made from those tiny wires... http://www.motorfans.com.cn/thread-368929-1-1.html which ALWAYS f***ed in old bike. DC-cdi is the quick & cheap solution.
