I registered my hawk in Illinois with no problem. My paperwork cam in on a Monday when the DMV was closed. I went to a private title place with no problem. Received the title and plates 3 weeks later.

Good deal. :tup: The private title/notary places are usually the best place to go. They will take there time to do whatever it takes to take your money. Lol They're in business to make money not chase you away. :)
