Unknown Inverted Forks 30 Inches

Pair of inverted forks. Reportedly taken from Lifan GY (exact model unknown). Overall length 30 inches. Clean. Oil and dust seals must be replaced. Twenty dollars plus shipping from FL. Can anyone identify them?

There are no markings on either fork (unlike my Lifan forks which are clearly marked).
