There isn't really any mods you "need to do ". Most do the usual carb change and exhaust to give it a little more power. If u want a little more top end you can change to a 17 tooth front sprocket. Another good mod is better tires. Really the list just goes on and on. Once you get going on mods your wallet will get lighter. Just have fun.

I would keep it stock for a while. Not too many people here have the Razkull, so it would be nice to have a baseline. From what I understand, and the MSRP indicates, the Razkull is a slight cut above the offerings from Boom (the Vader and family), the Tao Hellcat, and the Ice Bear offerings. As Whisky suggested to change the carb and figure out the exhaust as two mods once you get the bike sorted out from stock, as well as gearing. SSR might still have the article still on their site on the comparison test on how the Razkull did against the Grom, the Kawi bike, and the Kymco Z-Pipe (the Razkull beat them all) and find the video on YouTube. It is entertaining, and proves that Chinese bikes are NOT junk. I forget which motorcycle magazine did the test, but I believe they are only online.

Razkull is a good bike. However, it has a 3 bolt engine design. As such, if you plan on swapping the ZS190cc, you'll have to get the Grom adapter plates.

The good part is Steadygarage also sells the adapter plates too.

In terms of quality... Looking on the facebook groups, it doesn't appear that anyone has really had any quality issues with the Icebear. If you want that miniture ducati look, you can grab the Icebear Little Monster. That way if you swap, you won't need the adapter plates.
