Hello I'm new here and i found a bike that really interests me. At first I was gonna get a grom clone aka Vader 125cc gen 2. But then I found something that is more my style since where i live. I need help on this bike I have not seen it anywhere online. Anyways here a link cause you can get a viewing of what I'm talking about https://www.redfoxpowersports.com/250cc-rte-on-road-off-road-motorcycle-street-tire-street-legal
I had a db-17 but couldn't make it street legal but this bike comes with a title and everything if anyone has this bike or an older model please tell me what you think thanks, Jay

Ps I know the hawk 250 is a thing but I want more of a supermoto vibe. XD

Much the same I’d say just another version of these types of bikes
Assume much the same as Hawk just specs a little different
I live in China and these not sold here and cheap with hit n miss success like the others
Cool to have options tho
Is it legal in your state tho? That seems hit n miss too

The bike is made by DongFang Motor Co.. http://www.df-motor.com/product_show.asp?id=696 I don't anyone on here that has bought from Red Fox Powersports so can't comment on the dealer. What throws up a red flag to me is there specification are exaggerated when you compare them to DongFang's specification. If they are lying now they will lie to you after the purchase. DongFang has been around for a while and are probably in the same class of quality as the Hawk, Bashan's. I would go with a different dealer.

I did notice their power rating isn’t correct
Photos show a CB250 motor specs say 229cc so CG250
A bit sloppy typical Chinese ways to show stuff to get your interest but not hope you notice

As long as you get that bike like photo with usd forks double discs etc that’s not bad - that’s more like the TT250 etc

Another bike you may want to look at is the BMS CPR 250. We have a couple of members that bought them and are very happy with them.

I was originally going to order my vader through redfox. Website showed in stock and ready to ship. When I decided to call them though, guy said that they didn't have any and weren't getting anymore of that model. http://gstwins.com/gsboard/Smileys/New_Smile/dunno_black.gif

If you are really hankering for a Supermoto style bike then either the SSR XF250 or the Pitster Pro XTR 250 Motard would be more up your alley. Both bikes retail around $3000, which is definitely more expensive, but they also come with much better hardware for that money too.

Otherwise, I doubt there will be much wrong with that bike through Red Fox. It looks like a mish mash of the typical Chonda bikes, so most of the parts and potential issues will be the same.
