If we are talking just the actual outer rim, an 21 x 1.6 36 hole front wheel from any old Honda will work.
If you need the full wheel assembly, then you have to order through RPS or an RPS dealer that sells parts for them.
The same goes for the forks.

Front wheel. https://www.360powersports.com/ricky-power-sports-Hawk-250-Front-rim-p/hs250y-a.100029.02.htm
Total cost: $305 plus any shipping.
Also, be prepared to wait a couple months. Myself and two others who bought front wheels ended up waiting that long for ours. When you put the order in, if there is a place for notes/requests type in that you want a black rim.
As a side note, if you are going to order a new front wheel assembly, I would happily buy that front wheel hub off of you, minus the spokes and outer rim.

I had to wait 2 months for a full wheel assembly. You could always ask how long just the rim would take. Don't forget to get spokes to replace any bent ones.
find someone with a press...
those fork stantions can be straightened ..

I agree. I would replace them with a better quality aluminum rim before buying the OEM ones. I've been lucky so far. Also get in the habit of checking and maintaining the spokes will help prevent spokes from breaking.

While you will not hear a peep out of me disagreeing with the stock rims and spokes being fairly wimptastic, I also remind myself to look at the picture of both fork tubes being pretty well bent as well. Considering how hard that impact was, that wheel came out pretty well.

I laced an early '80's DID aluminum front rim onto my Lifan, which was from a Honda XR200. My son was riding it a few years ago and hit a huge pothole, which turned the front wheel into something from a clown car. When I got it home and cut out the spokes, the rim popped back into shape. I was amazed.
I ordered custom SS spokes from Buchanan's and laced it back up. It's still on the bike today.

Identical problem as OP but with Magician which is 19x1.85 36-spoke.
TXPowersports quoted this yesterday which is probably same for Hawk:
Forks are $150 each
Front rim is $135
That's just rim I assume.. I've read these are uncommon angles and lengths on these spokes.. I haven't found any with the right angle and length and diameter combo on ebay or amazon yet..
This current state of charging Japanese aftermarket rates because nobody can source parts except registered RPS dealers is annoying, and it looks like the shipping is just as slow as yoycart dot com which charges tens of dollars for the same parts..
When a list of interchangeable Honda parts is made this racket is going to die quickly.. I'm pretty sure there are Honda forks for both RPS bikes that work with RPS hub and spacer(I'd pay hundreds for Japanese).. My coil and controls and levers are all off XR and XL bikes the wheels and forks are all that's left..
