I just bought a Roketa db19 125cc and want to know what kind of motor in it..

I love this little thing,Runs Good, Handles well and starts on n1st kick every time....

I ordered a 16 tooth sprocket to give alittle more top end......1st gear can climb a tree right now and is useless......

Thanks.......Glad I found this site for China Bikes

it's probably either a lifan, zongshen or a loncin (but probably a lifan)

The only thing that will tell for sure is the Serial number off of the engine, down by the shifter.

Thanks for mentioning that, Bruce.

Here's a link to a photo of my Jetmoto engine's serial number. The "ZS" indicates that it is, in fact, a Zongshen-built engine

The suspension is great I think.....People have said suspension sucks on these but I just don't see it.......I have no Complaints at all except some of the Bolts are Really Crap but thats to be expected on these.....I changed out all the bolts I could get to and used Locktite...

My Serial # starts with 1p52FM XXXXX.....

# is down by the Shifter

I take it this is the entire number? 1P52FM *00000000* ?
Ok this engine is a knock off from some Chinese copier. There are two letters missing prior to the (1) and a letter missing after the (M).
All good engines will have letters prior to the (1) (1P52FM) and one after the M. Good manufacturers would look like this Zongshen... ZS152FMH, Lifan... LF152FMH, Lonchin... L1P52FMH or they will have letter for the company that they manufacturer for, Example: Lonchin makes engines for HS Moto, their number looks like this HS1P52FMH*00000000*

OK...so its a Knock off of a Knock off..........

As long as it Runs well and Shifts well I won't worry about it....
