CSC finally has some new info out on the 2019's. (hope the link sharing is ok)
https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/default.asp?page=xInventoryDetail&id=6956140&p=1&vc=standard&s=Year&d=D&fr=xAllInventory
Looks like an extra $200 with updates including a single digital readout (the description says it still provides speedometer, tachometer, odometer, fuel gauge, gear indicator, and neutral light), chrome exhaust, disc brakes front AND REAR, inverted forks, adjustable rear reservoir shocks, new headlight/LED lighting, and of course a few updated style choices including graphics and paint (gloss black or silver). Seems like a pretty solid list of improvements to me.
My buddies have been trying to get me to pull the trigger on a brand new 2017 Honda CB300F at the local dealer for $3149, especially after I missed out on the last 2018 SG's due to indecision, but as much as I know it's a hell of a deal and a solid starter bike I'm just not in love with the styling. For avid members of the Grom covenant they sure are concerned about me getting a first bike that's "too small". I'm real close to putting a deposit down on one of these though. Enough of my tangent though
What do you guys think? Solid improvements?
P.S. I was told via e-mail that they are expecting them to arrive in mid-May.
