:) Good luck everytime i tried to get a hold of them i had to leave a mesage or coudn't get a hold of the parts people. If you do call ask for Jenny she runs the parts department. But they are very slow like three weeks if your lucky.What parts do you need their are other places out there depending on what your looking for.

I have ordered parts from their website twice over the last year. Both times the parts came within a week. They even called the first time to verify the quantity of one item. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised.

Best parts catalog I have found on line is here. I have ordered twice, and have been quite happy with them. http://www.atvpartsusa.com/ It takes a while to understand the bass ackwardnes of thier page, but after you get it down, you willl find it easy to navigate around in. They have an excellent search engine, but use the basic word, not the chinese word.
