Hellcat Arizona rider and carb tuning

first time on 2 wheels and first time carb anything. We are 1090 above sea level and I have a VM22 carb on a Hellcat 125. This is going to be for street riding only and keep in mind we are over 100' June-November. I havnt fully assembled the bike yet as im waiting to get all bolts and upgrades done first. Any advise on tuning this thing or is there a place i can send my carb to and they can do it for me.

Get a main and pilot jet kit...

If you have a knock off Mikuni, the air/fuel screw is on the bottom. You could take it to a shop and have them tune it once it's installed but you can't just take or send the carb to be tuned.
