I've searched here where people have purchased aftermarket exhaust for similar motorcycles but I didn't see what I was looking for. A couple questions:
1. Is there any reason I can't just gut out my catalytic converter and keep my existing exhaust for now. Maybe even just cut it out and weld a pipe.
2. What looks like an EGR tube, can that be cut and blocked off or are there repercussions similar to the old smog V8's where it would run rough if you performed that mod (Required a pre-emissions intake manifold to fix it right).
Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself but I don't see where any restrictions before the muffler baffles would help performance any. Thanks!
