DO NOT attempt to clean out your above the garage attic right after leg day at the gym.
A couple times I felt like a free climber on Kilimanjaro fatigued and close to falling........except i would fall maybe 4-6 feet and the climber might fall hundreds but it felt the same to me fellas.
Getting back in the gym after years off is a bear!
