Don Hopper sent me a few pictures of the KP200 today. They should be arriving tomorrow. He will be updating the website to list the Lifan KP200 and X-Pect soon. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0013/4948/4611/products/KP_BLACK_1024x1024@2x.jpg?v=1555953521

I can see myself with one of these. I would probably swap out to Dual Sport tires to do some light trail riding. https://americanlifan.com/183.html

Looks good, but needs a chin spoiler, to hide that exhaust under the bike...

That would be the KPR200 https://americanlifan.com/167.html This is more like the naked version of the KPR200.

Several years back when there were many ex-pat motorcycle enthusiasts living and working in China who were members of Mychinamoto.com there was a China-made Yamaha (joint venture) sporty bike like the KPR. I forget the name, but it was arguably the highest quality Chinabike at that time. Many people put dualsport tires on it; looked odd, but it gave it function.

It wouldn't be any different than a RX3. Throw some side cases and top box on. ;)

You need to check out some of Caesars YouTube videos on the KPR200. Really impressive bike for a 200cc bike.

That thing needs a skid plate to protect that exhaust if you take it off road. You may be able to adapt a skid plate made for different bike to the KP200.

That's what the Hawk is for. :D Noticed I said some "Light Trail Riding". ;) It would be more for street and dirt or gravel roads. I'm thinking light Adv. bike.

Still annoys me that American Lifan did not throw on the KPT 200 to their EPA certificate!

That would be the bike I would want. Should be easy. The engine is already EPA certified.

The KPM 200 already has protection for the exhaust. I don't know if they will sell it in the states.

Get rid of the cheesy looking turn signals and belts on the tank and then you will have a nice looking bike..
The belts do look like they are removable.
