Louisiana registration problems

Can someone please help me out in Louisiana ? I tried all day and went to 3 different places to get license plate and registration. I have the MCO title and invoice from Orionpowersport. Dmv telling me I need a bill of sale and the other place could not find the bike in the data base. I'm so Frustrated with this bike. Love the bike though lol . 2019 Hawk 250 DLX

You will need a notarized Bill of Sale and MCO from the dealer. You will also need a Odometer Disclosure Statement too. Go to one of the Notary / Tag shops. You will have better luck than the DMV.

The Hawk 250 DLX will be listed a Haosen. Make code in the system is HAOS.

You need to go check out Tower Trax up in Fluker. Real nice place to ride. We will probably go around The thanksgiving holidays.

Yes I don't live too far from tower tracks. Trying to get this bike legal first lol.
