A don't know anything about the electric scooters but I do know CSC is a top notch company with great support. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.

The 3,000 watt CSC Wiz (https://www.cscmotorcycles.com/default.asp?page=xNewInventory) will require motorcycle registration and insurance, and a driver license motorcycle endorsement to operate.

Typical state "moped-class" stipulations are 1,500 watts.

Genuine will be distributing NIU electric scooters (https://electrek.co/2019/06/08/niu-electric-scooter-sales-usa/).

A Zebra lease (https://zebranow.com/sacramento) MAY be an option, depending on where you reside?

One of the electric scooter/electric motorcycle sites has an article or two about the CSC bike...maybe 'elec trek' or something like that. It is one of those millenial magazine online-only sites all about two-wheel electric bikes. The article(s) might be found on CSC's blog since they tend to link articles about their bikes. The magazine site is reputable, so is CSC.
