hey my lil bro 110 wont start i know it is geting gas there is a spark and the battery is charged it will turn over but wont engage and run i need help he says it is my fault i took it in some water and i got it booged but it has ran since then but it bogggs out asll the time and now wont start help me please

I would take the carb off and drain it and then blow it out with air.This should help get any dirt or water out of there.I would also drain your fuel tank to make sure there is no water in the fuel or try dry gas.

also try a new spark plug

it also could be your cdi

check the safe pull plug in the back if you have one make sure its on tight
