Well, we got some more parts for both bikes to put on this weekend on the SUNL's too .
Picked up a new annodized bright silver engine guard for Staceys' bike from Ecrox . Got to go get mounting bolts today, local . The rear part of this takes some long 8mm stuff to mount this thing through the foot-peg mounting bar .
Got a new Fat-Pipe in for my Sunl too , pretty much like the one on the Loncin bike but not quite as expensive . Should give this bike some pep in its step for sure. The other one for the Loncin did when I had it installed on the Sunl prior to the Loncin build , so this one should too . Plus it looks really good on it and makes it sound pretty tough . Not a bad upgrade for an inexpensive pipe at about $50-ish for the Chrome header and Alloy muffler and all mounting hardware .
These sure are fun little bikes to putt around on. We look kinda rediculous riding them around the yard and track , me being 6' tall and her being a grown-up too , but I don't care, I will never grow up ! Sure glad I got into the pit-bike thing, tis almost more fun than is legal to have .
These SUNL's are a hoot !!!!! The Loncin, well, I can tell its going to be serious there , hold on tight type of bike , but it ought to be one fun little machine that aint so little really. She is tall .
Will post some good pics this weekend late of all the mods and of course the Loncin build too, after its dirty probably . I want to ride it a bit first I am sure before I break out the camera . I hope my Carbon Fibre stuff gets here soon too, so I can post that upgrade too.
