Hello again! Ok I havent seen too many posts on performance upgrades on here so I figured I would start this thread.

I will post performance upgrades ive found, where I found them and how they performed. I hope others will follow suit and post upgrades they have found (that are still available) and give a review.

PZ20 Carburator

Although everyone has suggested the VM22 unless you change the intake manifold you wont get more than 20mm anyway so i went with this $13 carb from amazon it is adjustable and has cheap jet kits available, but right out of the box with a slight adjustment to air/fuel screw it has added power and eliminated the bogging the factory carb would do at times.

17 tooth 17mm front sprocket from Amazon.

Another cheap upgrade that has helped stretch the gears and added about 5mph to top end.

Airbox delete

K&N filter did not fit right in the box so I just did the delete. All I had to do was remove the box (2 screws) I didnt turn around the intake manifold yet and dont think i will i dont like having the air filter behind the front tire seems like a bad idea for dirt and even water if you get caught in the rain.

Installed it today much better throttle response as always K&N does not disappoint!

I just order the 6pin cdi that gets rid of the rpm limiter. Will let yall know

Installed it today noticed 0 difference before installing new K&N filter, but it is plug and play and cheap enough. With K&N filter much better throttle response.

Ok got the fender delete and new tail light with built in blinkers both perfect fit (plug & play)

Thanks! It does Suck! I have Parts laying around to install on my HellCat, but I can’t do anything!

On the good side, it’s been over a week since the surgery and I have 10 days until I go see the surgeon for follow-up.

Here’s a picture of the exhaust system in the first video. The first exhaust system is a little longer and it is designed for the angled exhaust port. It fits really nice under the bike!

Hi,

I am purchasing the K&N Air Vent Filter for my 2023 Taotao Hellcat 125cc. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the existing airbox? Is there anything that I should leave in tact.
