Wrecked 2015 Bashan Storm For Sale

On my local market place there is a 2015 Bashan Storm for sale. So naturally I messaged the seller to get info on it. From the pictures the front wheel was toast all bent up. He said he got into a head on collision with a ATV. So potential fork damage, also the plastics are pretty bad.

The seller is not going any lower than $400. He says it runs and spins the rear wheel but obviously is not going anywhere. Would you guys think its worth it? Or is it worth the work?

Storm plastics is hard if not impossible to get - yet at $400 can it provide you spares worth it?

I have the same bike. It's called a Bashan Blaze. You can get sets of plastics and wheels from Taobao for cheap. I have.
