Hawk Rear indictor brackets

Hi as I'm putting the bike back together after a year, what do these brackets do? (number 6 colored one in red). If anyone has any better pics they would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance

They bolt to the grab rails and the turn signals bolt to them.

anyone able to take a pic of the rear indicator and the brackets so i can how and where, for the brackets. Thanks in advance

The bracket bolts to the underside of the rack.
