Did you assemble the motorcycle or did you pay for it to be prepared for you? You mentioned it beeps and flashes when you select the left turn sign. Is the left signal flashing on the front and rear? Just trying to verify what’s actually working. Did you check any of the connections? It could be as simple as a loose wire?

I have a bike pre-built and ready to ride. So I was messing around and found out that the turn signal switch is bad and yes when selected the blink and beep. They also didn’t put and oil in my bike and the oil dip stick is broken on the top handle.

Which seller did you purchase the bike from if I may ask?

I hate reading stories like this ESPECIALLY when it is the pre-built option, you would think they could spot check a turn signal and make sure it has oil in it.

It takes less than a minute to check, in fact it is one of the requirements for your inspection that the turn sigs work.

Sorry you have to go through this and TBH, this is EXACTLY why I built my own bike.

Even as first time ever motorcycle owner, I am handy with a wrench and there is enough help on this board and Youtube you are almost better off.

Yung - do yourself a favor, check every single bolt on that motorcycle, I wouldnt trust the rocket scientists that assembled your bike and dont assume it is safe.

Every member of this forum will tell you to go over every bolt, loctite everything.

Tx Powersports. You would think if somebody pay 1500 bucks for a pre-build bike that they would check to make sure oil‘s in it, make sure everything‘s good it says it will be ready to ride soon as you get it delivered. But I take full responsibility for not checking the oil that’s the number one thing I should’ve done is check the oil. I could’ve built the bike myself but when I saying that they were pre-build it and it’s ready to ride when you get it I just said hey I’ll do that. But I would definitely go over the whole bike tomorrow I have to loosen my chain up my chain is super super tight. But the bike rides good I can say that.

Tx Powersports.

The amount of shock on my face that they did a shit job. :ohno:

I honestly tell people that paying for assembly is not worth your money exactly for this reason. Even when they do assemble them, they don't do it with any skill or effort. It just gets slapped together out of the crate half-hazardly and mailed out meaning you still have to do all of the same work yourself.

I actually purchased my TBR7 from TX Powersports as well, however not the ...uhm dare I call it "assembled" version.

I have no complaints to call out in terms of them shipping a crate to my house, without any dependency on them.

All of my parts were included and MCO arrived promptly the same day.

Good thing you checked for oil before running the bike.

I saw their shop and saw the lay out, piss poor etc
Everything was geared to the cash register etc

This right here is why I hate TXPowersports. I went through this situation a couple of times when it comes to parts.

Unfortunately, you are kind of at their mercy with everything. The best you can do is call them and ask. Then you get to roll the dice on if they treat you like a respected customer, or like crap. Crap is usually the result.

They are so bad in fact that they actually work to remove their negative reviews from Facebook. Mine was one of SEVERAL that suddenly disappeared.
