What do you do with breather tube

I put pod filter on what do you do with breather tube attached to air box?

Some people put a PCV valve or check valve in line. I stuck a breather filter to a brass fitting and clamped it up high out of the way. just under my seat to prevent oil from being able to collect and drip out in front of my rear tire. Others leave the air box in place, close off the end where the intake went, and just leave the breather connected there.

For a zillion years the crankcase vent tube was just vented to the atmosphere hanging open down below the engine. Cars and trucks did it rhe same way unril the 1960s. It works fine but does create more air pollution than venting into the intake.
