I noticed on the updated (April 2020) EPA/DOT list (street legal bikes) that the Apollo 36 is now certified for all 50 states (before, it stated the bike as 49 state street legal)! I will hold my excitement until they obtain CARB certification for the road and CAN be plated there. However, for years, the '36' off road dirt bike was certified for a Green Sticker in California, and even the street-legal (in 49 states) bike was technically Green Stickered as well (no chance in h#$% the bike could be sneaked in and plated as California has closed that loophole for plating dirt bikes), so if Apollo went through the extra red tape to make them street legal in California, it won't surprise me. Let's hope that is the case!

I guess it's good for the unfortunate folks that live in that terribly governed state. I wish the manufacturers would just build 49 or even 45 state bikes, if that's what it takes. Then the rest of us could enjoy way more power and faster crank-and-drives.

Won't matter once they are under martial law LOL. At least they will have another option as long as they pay off CARB, i mean pass the inspections.
I hope more companies get into the CA game. There's lots of money to be had here. If a small company like CSC can hop thru the hoops, they can't be that tough. Like all politicians, it's a matter of greasing the right palms, regardless of which state it is.
