You using the stock intake manifold... or one that came with carb?
What was your stock main jet size?
Motocheez on utube... he put the vm22 on his Hellcat. His vm22 came stock with #95 main jet... and he upsized to #98 main jet (w/pod air filter and stock exhaust)... and says it runs great.
My vm22 for my Hellcat is in the mail.

Depending on your elevation, 110 seems large. I mean, I'm running a 108 in my gy6 150cc.

You are fine under part throttle because you aren't utilizing the main jet fully yet. The main jet doesn't really come into play until you are past 3/4 throttle. Below that you are using a combination of needle setting, needle jet, pilot yet, and idle circuits.

Drop to a 105 on the main jet and note the reaction. If the bog goes away, problem solved. If it improves but still acts a bit funky, drop to a 100 and try again.
