Hi all. Its now Officially summer here on long island! I dont care what the calendar says. Anyways, I was playing with my carb AGAIN. just for fun I went to a 115 main 3turns out. 1 shim. Bike started and ran like normal.... untill the upper revs. Thenn it started to stumble noticeably. I WAS expecting that. Prior to this it was a 110. 2.5 turns,1 shim and the bike ran good. But my plug is still showing lean ( kinda white). Haven't done a plug chop, and I only ride the bike about 12-15 kilometers at a time and mostly low revs. Tonight I went back to 110. 2.5 turns but I added 2 (count em 2) shims. Ill try it tomorrow and see whats up. Also my pilot jet says K36 clearly on it. Everyone else is reporting 20-25-27.5 and such, what gives? Its a tiny lil jet maybe 10mm x8mm?.
I also orderd from amazon a KENDA MILLVILLE 2 knobby. 70/100/19 was the closest I could find affordable. Stock front tire is a trip to the ground offroad!
Will update.
Safe riding
Christopher

Your pilot jet is a Keihin sized 36. Hence the K.
The pilot jets others are reporting are Mikuni VM28/486 pilot jet sizes used on the Mikuni Clone carburetors.

That's what gives.

Also, why do you keep adjusting your idle mixture? The main jet has jack all to do with the idle mixture screw. If you change pilot jets, then you would possibly need to adjust it. Plus, once you have it dialed in for a pilot jet, it shouldn't require that much adjusting.
