Retail parts

I'm looking to see where service centers source their parts from. Our parts guy has a hard time getting parts for some things, even brand new units. We also run into getting sub par quality as well. We use quite a few vendors, but even then there's almost always a decent chance it doesn't fit right or it's the wrong part. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to dog on our parts guy. He does a really good job of making sure we're stocked up on a lot of stuff.

Any help or advice is appreciated.
