i've recently bought a Roketa db-07 from rickey at dirtcheapmotorsports.com now dirtcheappowersports.com and i still cannot register my bike. the only reason i bought from him is cause he offers a 1 year warranty wich has also turned out to be a fake. he has not been helpfull in any way and can't even tell me if he has a dealer number (wich i'm guessing he doesn't).

so for now i'm posting this up as a buyer beware. there is no warranty on his bikes and he will not help you with getting it registered.

if anything changes in this and he decides to come forth and help out, i'll delete this thread.

quick update:

Rickey actually called me today and gave me his dealer number. he appolagized (sp?) for taking so long and said it was cause he's been moving the shop. if everything goes smoothly friday when i go back to get it registered i'll delete this thread or atleast my words.

I myself would leave this post here just as a warning, and Up-Date it. I have read on ChinaRiders and other forums about this guy. People should not have to call Roketa for an MCO/MSO this is the dealer's responsibility. Just my 2 cents.

well i got the bike registered today. i guess Rickey's dealer number that he gave me was legit. i can't really complain about much more now than the warranty. no biggie, i'll just go to Roketa.com and send in what they request and deal with the 3 month warranty.

BTW Rickey did ship extremely fast, i ordered the bike on a tuesday and got it that friday.
