i also have a viva 300cc preditor, a KMD-86 300cc (junk quad ), it dose'nt have any power what so ever, my preditor quad awsome, kmd-86 a waste of my money, hope no one else has a lemon

i know my bike is pretty much a copy of the polaris predator except its a 300cc not a 500cc, another guy i know that has the same bike got a pipe and jet kit for a honda 300ex i believe. i think the pipe is more like the predators so im waiting untill he gets them installed before i think about getting them.

he said he knows the honda jet kit will work,( again im waiting to see ). but it does seem like our engines are a clone of a honda, and our bikes body and steering ,is from a predator.

you have the same quad i do atv-61, mines a preditor (Viva)300cc , i put a dial-a-jet kit on mine since i live up in thin air country, it's from thunder products, seams to be working like they say it should, i put mekuni big round jets in the carb they snug-up ,
> but i too want more power , thinking on trying a performance CDI if i can match one up.
> next would be pipe like the dirt bikes have small round ?

the jet kit is from ThunderProducts.com, called dial-a-jet.
i think i got one for the Honda 3ootrx/350trx something like that, that seemed to math right up, i reduced the main jet to a 122mm, factory was a 130mm jet, you have to reduce 2 or more sizes to get the dial-a-jet to work properly, then i dialed my jet in to the 12 o-clock position, i am at 5500ft above sea level, thats why the smaller main jet, and the carb thats on mine is a 42mm airbox side and a 34mm to the engine side , vaccum slider, throttle needle clip set in the second slot from the bottom,
gotta go to work see ya
