They managed to leave kind of/sort of bad tastes in some members' mouths when COVID hit, which was initially not their fault, but ended up being their fault. Funny enough, when the Hawk was new back in around '14 or '15, a guy by the name of Adam Rinkleff was the sales manager for RPS. He was very active on here which eased many minds of Hawk owners, or potential Hawk owners, who could communicate with the 'source' of the Hawk. He put Q9 in his signature as being a place to order the Hawk considering one could not order directly from RPS, and had answered posts from people asking 'the best place to buy one' as being Q9. He did clarify that it really did not matter since all the online retail companies are simply drop-shipping, but he still stuck with suggesting Q9. At the time, they did not disappoint when it came to the Hawk.
