Sure have they are definately no help, every time I call and ask to be transfere to tech support or parts, it just rings and then hangs up, not even an option to leave a message.

They seemed like they were on the up and up. I think that alot of these companies get large corporation pipe dreams, and then spend too much promoting low profit margin product, and then the employees leave, and not replaced, etc. At least there is chinariders!

I've researched Hensim and did'nt like there tactics, to much copycats to me , got to big like mentioned in an upper comment, and now they're in on downhill slide , hope they figure it out before they hit the bottom.
