yo china riders!!!! woot woot! ordered hawk 250 on 3-17-21.Been lurking on this site and all the great youtube vids for a month or so. I ordered from txpowersports per motocheese. i am getting a tad nervous. money has been taken out of the bank but bike has'nt shipped yet. i emailed them about my concerns and got a canned response about weather and trucking 1 container a week....check back next week. at any rate i was hoping to hear from any of y'all about expierence with this company. am i over worrying?:thanks:

Hey and welcome.. woot woot indeed.. we are known to bust some dance moves on occasion.. anyway, you should be fine.. i ordered my sons DBX1 from them and they arent the most responsive (Manny) and mostly deal via email with issues.. but it arrived after a i think a month (june 2020) right in the middle of Covid times

someone should tell these guys customer service goes a long way. I mean if its going to be a month thats fine just tell me that. I did just spend $1500 dollars with them. an email telling me when i might expect results.

I'm glad my videos help. My Hawk is still running strong with no issues whatsoever. It's way past due for an update video on the Hawk.
