Could be luck of the draw, I've had two good recent purchase experiences from them.
I have never had a problem with out of stock merchandise that is listed on the website as available.

I have never had a problem with out of stock merchandise that is listed on the website as available.My experience with them was ok. I didn't need any warranty claims though. I have heard after sale support issues for pretty much every distributor except for CSC and Peace Sports and I haven't even been around that long.

Q9 says they have them. I don't know anything about them as a dealer.

I don't know anything about them but I do know that Q9 powersports advertises regularly on Craigslist....
