Anybody else watching the price of lumber go into the stratosphere and think "Maybe I should just sell my house for parts?" :lmao::lmao::lmao:

I've got a couple acres of 100+ year old Ponderosa pine trees and a chain saw. I'm rich!

Probably more than you even realize, in all honesty!

Sawdust for sale - $10 for small bag, $100 per 1/2 pound! :lmao::lmao:

(This is the remnants from building the crate for my big-ass TV's to go back to Georgia...)

Yeah, it’s absolutely incredible. Was really hoping to add a room onto our house this spring, but hell no. I can’t believe people are giving the price they are asking for new lumber.

If the prices keep going up, maybe someone will steal the pallets next to my garage. I couldn't give them away last year.

Believe it or not people sell used pallet boards for $1 to $1.50 a board around here.

It’s pretty crazy ,but I have been refusing jobs even with the high lumber prices ,I am too busy and too many good jobs have been coming around .I am currently building 7 marijuana stores ,they don’t care about the costs ,and doubled my rate to keep me until I get them all finished .

A sure sign that the economy is rebounding

It's insanity here now. I have to spend over $4.00 a gallon now to go to Lowes and buy a $7.50 fir 2x4 that's badly warped.

Pine should be cheap as dog s--t. The bark beetle wiped us out a couple years back. My neighbor across the street lost 72 Pondo Pines on five acres. He was one of the least effected. There have been logging trucks hauling pine out of here for two years.
