Extended air fuel mixture screw PZ30B for Ghost/X22R?

I've been having a hell of a time getting this thing tuned I really am having trouble getting the mixture set right and its damn near impossible to adjust without removing the whole carb which is setting me back quite a bit as I'm new




I saw some extended screws on Amazon curious if anybody has tried them as some seem like the needles are too short but some look like they will work. Thanks!

Update: I don't actually need an extended screw I've discovered that a simple 90 degree screwdriver will suffice lmao that solved my problem much easier I don't know why I over complicated this
