Gio x33 backfires and Boggs at low rpm new carb

I have a 2010 gio x33 not in the best condition owner before me put a new stator on it and I put a new carb it back fires even with choke off and it wants to bogg hard at low rpm when I barely twist the throttle, don't know if its bad timing from a wrong stator possibly or the carb needs a tune or exhaust leak seen a couple of things but not sure of what exactly is wrong any ideas will help thanks!

What jets are in your carb and how did you set it up ?

Not sure what jets and I just put it in did nothing to it, its the amazon mikuni fake but the engine backfired even with the old carb.
