This is a common sight around Volcano from a local. A 1961 Harley Davidson Topper. Original bike. Starts first pull on the hand starter (like a lawn mower). Super cool. He and his brother have all kinds of old, neat stuff......

The Toppers are really cool. The wheels are a few inches bigger in diameter than the Cushmans so they are smooth, too.
-I didn't realize until today that they had reed valve inducted 2 stroke engines driving a CVT tranny.
Pretty advanced for 1961.
