Picked up a 2008 ZMC ZX125r Pit Bike, its an imported bike from manufacturer ZMC International Motor Corp in Zhejiang China (ZHEJIANG YONGJIANG INDUSTRIAL). Canadian distributor for it was ZMC (Zoom Motor Company) Canada Motor Corp located in Ontario Canada. The bike is a 4 speed manual (https://thumpertalk.com/link/click/4841/) with a Lifan 125cc and needs a bit of work. Frame is the usual CRF Honda (https://thumpertalk.com/link/click/4521/) clone that the China Pit Bikes mostly used (CRF70 I think as these are slightly larger than the CRF50 style frames).
ZMC had a few dealers across Canada and from the info I can find sold Pit Bikes in 2007 and 2008 at least, with two models, the ZX125(r) and the ZX140rx:
