I ordered a Vitacci Clash 200 scooter from Amazon seller Smart Deals Now and had trouble with UPS freight, now called TFF (TForce Freight). Stay away from TFF if possible! Smart Deals Now always answered the phone and messages promptly and always followed up on the shipping issue. A lady named Leean deserves recognition for great customer service. I would buy from this seller again.
