Mototec Hooligan 60cc

Morning everyone.

I purchased my son a Mototec Hooligan 60cc and would like to see what the experts in this forum have to offer.

Mods done
- CDI box (i know, i know, it wasn't much money so why not)
- 10T to 12T front sprocket (mostly asphalt and flat trail riding)
- Upgraded carb same size (stock was cheap, and i went to far with the drill trying to get the webb caps off the adjustment screws
- Air Filter
- gutted the exhaust

has anyone big bored, high compression, clutch work, or anything else to squeeze MAX performance out of one of these?

I did found out the carb bolt spacing made it relatively difficult to increase from the stock 14mm to a 15/16mm

I have similar bikes. (Venom X15 and RPS DB-60E have the same engines). Parts for it are in china. It took me a year to find anything, and so far, I can only find stuff on Alibaba. You probably won't find anyone who's done anything to them, because the engine is different from all the other horizontal pit bike engines. You've gone further than I have on any of my bikes.
