Lifan apparently had a full on cafe racer version of the KPM. Time to hunt some parts down.

They have a new KPM 200 Cafe out. Not sure if we'll get it in the US but has a 4 valve head and puts out 20 HP.

I wonder if it's just a head and ECU swap. Lol

That would be nice. Here's the link to the KPM200 Cafe. https://www.lifanmotos.net/product/show/86

Looking at the engine, it could be something as simple as the jug, and head to swap out. The frame is the same.
It does have actual clip-ons, but it still looks like the same top clamp with plugs for the handlebar risers. I love the fairing on the front, and I'm glad they finally went all out and did the full gamut.
The seat is the same (although better looking stitching) with a rear cover. I like it, but I'll probably to a new seat pan and tail light repositioning.
My biggest thing... THE REARSETS!!! I've been looking for some for over a year. Especially once I saw the KPR track bikes. If they move the feet further back, and farther up, I'm definitely going to order a set of those!! if not, parts of it will allow me to build an adjustable set.
I'd love to be able to get a knee down on this bike. lol.
