Good morning all,

My kids have outgrown their Coolster 3125r and I'm looking to upgrade to something a little larger/newer.

I've seen the Pentora 200EFI model and it's pretty appealing. I like that the kids can hop on and go, no more choke or carb to adjust. However, as a decent mechanic I like the ability to tune as well. I'm also nervous as quality electronics and made in China aren't always linked. I'm worried about the longevity of the sensors and fuel pump, sometimes old and simple is hard to beat, but I'm not opposed to new tech.

Anyone have one of these models? Who did you order from? Is there another model in the 200cc range I should be looking at? Looking to keep it "sporty" and not a utility style, and I like the automatic, kids aren't ready for a clutch yet.

Looking online it looks like PowersportsMax is the cheapest, I've reached out to them as well to see if they are really in stock or I'd be waiting months.

Welcome Aboard! I don't think anyone on here has gotten an EFI ATV. It's more than likely the same EFI system that are coming on the Dual sport bikes. I've seen very few complains about the EFI. My new KPX250 is EFI and love it. Depending on what ECU it comes with, there are some tuning options for the ECU.

Thank you for the information, I'm not really looking to tune the machine for higher performance, I'm just familiar with adjusting a carb to get the machine to run right, but I guess with EFI that won't be necessary.

I'd like to circle back to my second question then, where are most folks ordering their machines from, assuming I'm going to order it online. Again it looks like PowersportsMax is the cheapest but there are some others like Familygocarts as well.

PowersportsMax and Venommotosports USA are two highly reputable dealers. I would stay away from TXpowersports or any other (Manny) owned company which are most of the dealers out of the Texas area.
