Idle adjustment screw with KNOB.
I saw a hood video about how a guy made one , but is there any idle screw with attached finger knob on EBAY , amazon , aftermarket etc. , that will work on the factory Tao Tao TBR7 carb ?
Just turn with fingers ,mine turns very easy.

Is there a problem with access? Idle screws are pretty much set and forget. Not like you need to fiddle with them a lot.

I like to adjust my idle periodically, since the temperature of the engine and ambient affects idle speed. If it drops too low, poor oil circulation. Too high, big chunking when you put it in 1st gear from neutral. It's easy to adjust on some bikes, but YES, you can get aftermarket screws with larger knobs that make it REALLY easy.
Replace it! Google this description, for instance:
"Alconstar Motorcycle Carburetor idle speed adjustment screw For PWK Carb"
and follow the link to the AliExpress posting. The dimensions are there... For instance, one has M5 0.75 threads and a 10mm slide lift extension (3.7mm thick).
There are lots of them out there. Just pull yours off and make some measurements. They are CHEAP, so if it looks close, try it! Find them at Amazon too.
