I found two results on here but one is sold out and one is completely discontinued.
Anyone know of something instock or that can be retrofitted to fit the hawk? I bought a luggage bag and strapped it to the seat but still slides back n forth a bit, plus I'd rather have it further back so I can sit more comfortably.
A rear rack - like this https://www.taotaopartsdirect.com/products/tbr7-rear-rack

I would personally just but an inexpensive motorcycle/ scooter trunk with the quick mount. Basically it's a trunk
that mounts with one bolt to an included hard durable plastic rack that has diagonal slots all over the top of it. It's intended to bolt on top of an existing rack , but it will also just bolt right to the tail of a Hawk . You may need to use slightly longer bolts than what's in the Hawks tail. I laid it out on my Hawk, and the one I have would work just fine. It measures about 9" wide, and about 11" wide, which is similar in size to a TBR7 rack. It doesn't look bad at all, and you would be getting the extra bonus of having a locking trunk that you can install, and remove in seconds if you ever do decide to use the trunk. They are a bit of an eyesore, but super handy. I think I payed around $40 for mine a couple years ago. I will check my old purchases and post a link if I can . I was surprised, I only payed $32, but they are now a little more, but still cheap https://www.ebay.com/itm/254747255412

I shows up as being $35.99 when I'm logged onto eBay, and says it would arrive towards the end of January, but I notice it doesn't have an option to buy. Here is a link to something similar, but more expensive. I will screenshot the other one, and maybe you can find one like it.https://www.ebay.com/itm/331997364999

Here is what it shows when I click the picture of it from my purchase page http://www.ebay.com
This is from my purchase record. I think they are probably unavailable now, but still showing up if I click it from my previous purchases. I can't find it just doing a regular search. Sorry about the confusion. http://www.ebay.com

The CSC TT250 rack is what's been on my Hawk for years. It's a bit pricey at 90 bucks, but that tbr7 rack showed 81 dollars, and I would take the laser cut alloy rack over that cheap tube steel one personally.
That being said, people have also made their own racks on here too, including a member whom basically made their own version of the tt250 rack using a drill and a router. Also remember somebody that used a surplus Navy metal lunch tray as well.

I have a TBR7, looks kinda 'grungy' and thinking about putting a milk crate on the back. Depending on how your Hawk looks, maybe something like a milk crate might add to its look.
Post photos when you are done.

Now that you mention it, I guess one could cut the sides off of a black plastic milk crate, and have an easy to mount flat rack by using just the bottom.

Dollar store cutting board and a drill is all you need.

I cut and bolted a 3/8" cutting board to my bike, where the rack would mount... and then bolted an Apache 3800 hard case from Harbor Freight onto it.
