Kazuma 150cc falcon

So my kazuma 150cc I believe is the falcon model will start only if I push start it. Electric start turns it over but will not start it. Has spark and fuel. Replaced voltage regulator and coil pack, won't start. Tried to cross over the starter solenoid, won't start. Could it be stator if it push starts? Any ideas?

You said it has fuel but is the fuel getting to the cylinder? Verify the auto choke is working. Also if you never checked the valves for clearance that can cause hard start issues. Valves set with zero clearance will cause lost of compression. I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I adjusted the valves to the correct clearance and she started right up.
