Pocket rocket pull start help, plus some other issues I'm having

I got this pocket rocket from a buddy. It is missing some parts. Most of them I can round up but I am having trouble with the pull start. I have bought 4 pull starts and I have also returned 4 pull starts. So I'm hoping someone on here can help me out.
