Should be a Taotao ATA110B. 110cc. I bought one from my neighbor for $100, got it running ( dirty carb, bad stator), and gave it to my grand nephew for his birthday/Christmas.

I paid $140 for this one. New master cylinder, battery and carb. Runs well, but it doesn't go up any hill at all. Got it for my grand daughter.

May be the clutch. Post #5 below shows how to adjust it.

The throttle may need to be opened up a bit to give it a bit more speed, also.
