I've been visiting for quite a while and finally decided to join and say HI!:hi: to all the good folks here.
Love my KPR! 75mph and 70+mpg. Have over 7000 miles on it since May of 2022. Would have been more but my Ninja gets jealous. Anyway.. the only mod I've done (except new rear tire) is to add this extra windshield

Now the camera shows the bike's actual lean angle.
Wow! How did that giant link to the windshield happen?

Hello Bikenut! Sounds like you do a lot of riding, 7000 miles is quite a bit. Congratulation on the getting the KPR it’s a super bike for what it is. Post a picture of the windshield if you wouldn’t mind. Kawasaki ninja 400 huh, now I’m just jealous

Thanks herbie! I've been retired 24 years now and I'll be 75 in August so I have lots of time to ride. Just the other day I took my helmet off at a gas station to fill up my KPR and a young fellow said he didn't expect to see an old guy on a sport bike. I told him you only live once so if there is something he wanted to do in life he'd best get on with it.

The camera I mounted in the center of the windshield so it would show the lean angle of the bike and not just my helmet is:

Drilling a hole at the top of the new windshield is necessary for the camera mount. The sticky mount isn't secure. Finally got the pics uploaded. Hope this helps.

Nice idea on the windshield and camera angle!
Retired for 24 years!! :yay: Okay now I AM just jealous, congratulations on being able to retire at a young age. I'm 62 and chomping at the bit to retire. I've got about 2 1/2 more years of torture.
