Why does my 2008 YY150T-12 150cc suddenly make a weezing sound when I push the button to start it (kickstart has stopped working as well). When I got it to start yesterday, for about 3 minutes, gas was pouring out of my carburetor where the breather air filter is. Please tell me what to do to fix it.

The float is stuck. The car. Probably needs a good cleaning. It would probably be easier to replace it with a new carb as it my need a complete rebuild if it's that old.
